Saturday, July 14, 2012 - 43% CS, 29% CF, 23% merlot, 5% PV. Needed an hour in a decanter to fully open up, but once it did, the wine exposed layers of beautiful flavors that all play together well. Tobacco, huckleberry, currant notes prevail. Just an amazing wine with food, went perfectly with grilled bison strips. Bravo Ben!
