Saturday, July 14, 2012 - Drinking this on a hot evening (with the lights out), and I keep thinking of lemonade. It's not that it is particularly citric, it leans more towards green apple, but it has that balance of sweet and tart as well as the power of refreshment (though it is a little sweeter than I actually like my lemonade). Still lovely and fresh with a mineral edge.
