Friday, August 3, 2012 - I am a Sea Smoke fan, and I am simply not impressed with this bottle. Very muted nose, with a flat and dull palate with very little acidity. Just not a whole lot going on here. Hopefully, it will improve with more air.

    12/2/2012 9:54:00 PM - @grfstrb Sorry--just now saw your comment. At the time I wrote the tasting note, the bottle had only been open for about 45 minutes. But this bottle really did not improve much (if at all) as the night wore on.
