Monday, September 10, 2012 - Note after 3 hours in a decanter. Spice, dried herbs, floral notes and sage on the nose. Some Asian spice, herbs and minerals on the palate. Nice acidity and balance. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how this will age, but I like it quite a lot now.
