Sunday, September 23, 2012 - This showed extremely well. Fragrant and open, with bright floral, cherry, rhubarb, mulch and herbal notes. Good weight on the palate, with a balancing energetic, vibrant acidic crunch in the finish. Very good length, with layers of lively flavors. This surely has the stuffing to age in the medium term.
