Friday, March 23, 2007 - Vietnamese: Lovely fairly potent aromas of bisquit and cake; some earthy pear notes; nice med. creamy bod; bubbles not too refined, though. A nice, full flavored, well-made Ch.--lacks just a bit of elegance, though.
