Saturday, October 27, 2012 - Lovely, limey, appley, rich, rather sweet but plenty of balancing acid. Really a bit young and one-dimensional at the moment: this has the stuffing to evolve with more honeyed and minerally overtones. Tasty and delicious now though. (89-90, but maybe 91 with time)
