Sunday, November 4, 2012 - Decanted two hours prior to meal. Deep golden honey color and medium body opens to lemon zest, minerals and honey. Palate initially led with concentrated citrus, minerals and lip smacking acid with light honey notes and herbs. Quite tasty.
