Friday, December 7, 2012 - This bottle, taken from my personal cellar, was purchased upon release and cellared in pristine fashion. It shows a medium yellow-gold robe and has an immediately-expressive, lovely bouquet of honeysuckle, wet stones, white flowers and citrus peel. Medium-bodied on the palate, with nice acidity and well-integrated alcohol (which is listed as 13.5%). The flavors are in line with the nose and persist throughout the middle. Long, crisp finish. Bravo to Olivier Leflaive for producing this feminine gem! It has "filled in the gaps" substantially since my last tasting in 7/10/09. I was previously incorrect with respect to the drinking window. It should provide pleasure for at least another three years. Drink now-12/15.
