Sunday, December 9, 2012 - Consistent with prior reviews - Lovely pale salmon color with persistent stream of tiny bubbles. On the nose floral, stone fruit (peaches/apricots), with a faint scone note. On the palate I tasted watermelon, red berry flavors, and a bit of hazelnut. Creamy mousse. Light to medium bodied. Dry with a light fruitiness, good acidity, and a clean medium long finish. This one is a favorite!
