Tuesday, February 20, 2007 - Decanted for 2 hours then an additional hour after poured in the glass. Exceptional wine even though young at the current time. Terrific nose of dark berry, vanilla and slight licorice. On the tongue some dark cherry was evident in addition to the blackberry and blueberry already noted. Tannins were firm and fairly balanced for it's age. Magnificent finish that never ended. I thought about this one all weekend! WOW! This will likely get better with a few years but I enjoyed the heck out of it right now (Everyone at the table loved it)! Exceptional!
