Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - This was a half bottle. Very dark red. Upon opening, scents of cherry cough syrup and tastes similar with alcohol heat. Decanted and drank over the course of six hours. Over time, it kept getting better and better, with scents and tastes of plum, cherry jam, chocolate, and fig. Excellent. Likely has decades of growth ahead of it.
