Thursday, December 27, 2012 - This had a strong iodine/nori note, with a bit of red fruit behind it, and a decent finish -- like a low-budget Chateauneuf, but not as complex. The fruit seemed to drop out gradually over about six hours, so I suspect this may be going downhill.
