Monday, December 31, 2012 - Popped and poured. Perfumed aromas to start with lean red fruit and some exotic spice. Palate is a good combination of lean red cherry and earthy character but without any sense of overly mature fruit, mushroom or barnyard. I'd like to see a bit more 2002 power and ripeness to accompany all the other wonderful components here.
