Wednesday, October 3, 2012 - Mid ruby, quite dark for Pinot. Slight farmyard pong, almost vegetal initially but the fruit came through, raspberry and black cherry. To taste the immediate impression is crunchy red berry fruit, bright acidity, some spice and pepperiness on the finish. This is refreshing and moreish.
