Nose of petrol indeed, but very diesel like, which I really enjoyed, along with fruit and floral notes. The diesel element comes to life on the palate. Great, almost excellent, mouthfeel. Good acid and slightly off dry, typical for the region. This wine has some life remaining, but it is drinking beautifully right now. It even improved a bit by the second day.
