Thursday, February 7, 2013 - A great little Dolcetto. Blueberry, fig, pomegranate, iron and mineral notes on the medium bodied, round and silky palate. Tannins are present but definitely take a back seat position to the lovely and opulent fruit. For $20, I think this is a great wine for simple drinking pleasure. I'd certainly buy it, now I just wish I could taste the big boys...
