Saturday, February 9, 2013 - Had with Jeff and wife the night of Winter Storm Nemo. also poured 2008 Greer and 2007 Scarecrow.

On first pour, the RBS tasted similar to an aged Bordeaux: very smooth mouthfeel, secondary characteristics and a nice long finish. Both Jeff and I were pleasantly surprised. But there was one thing missing...structure. I think this will please most drinkers but for how long? I think this should be consumed over the next 3-5 years...but boy, was it yummy.
