Friday, March 9, 2007 - Straw yellow color. Had finesse and good balance. Flavors of pineapple and sour apple up front, a little herbaceous, with lemon citrus finish. Interesting, unusual wine. Neither too sweet nor too acidic. Unfocused, though. More intellectual than emotional. Paired well enough with roasted lemon herbed chicken.
