Friday, February 22, 2013 - A Very Raveneau Dinner (GT Fish & Oyster - Chicago IL): Popped and poured. Like all the Raveneau 2001s tonight, this kept getting better over time. started moderately floral and spicy with apple and pear, this expanded with more time and took on a more intense and dense character. This will still be better 5 years from now.
