Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Continues to pair well with a heavy, tomato-garlic-caper sauce (on trout this time!); acid and tannins both softer-edged but still assertive, the tannins also tightly coupled with a strongly smoky, rustic fruit which dominates the nose. Cleared at 56F since purchase, drunk from 62-66F.
