Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Gold; lemon, honey and after time toast on the nose; lively flavors of lemon, cream, a touch of honey, something almost tropical, and minerals with a little spice on the medium finish. Moderate and welcome acidity. Delightful and refreshing, both physically and stylistically. "Five out of five" per my Chablis-loving wife. American Chardonnay redefined.
