Saturday, March 9, 2013 - Shows much differently than the last bottle I had. Decanted 5 hours and consumed across 2 days. Notes of bell pepper, minerals, strong core of red raspberry and a touch of vanilla on the nose. Seriously structured, but a nice burst of fruit showing in the mouth. Needs more time to develop, but very interesting and pleasing with a serious decant.
