Saturday, April 27, 2013 - Garnet color; barrel, tobacco and ripeness aromas; dominant flavor is tobacco, stems, slight acid and not much fruit followed by dry lasting tannin; begging for a grilled anything and perhaps a cigar for dessert. A little thin on mouthfeel but interesting nonrtheless
