Saturday, April 27, 2013 - Complex nose with apple, pear, floral notes. Viscous mouth feel. Very rich with lots of fruit that gives it a sweet edge at first but this disappears into the long acid finish. Very complex palate. A bit too much now, but in a few years it could be amazing.
