Wednesday, April 4, 2007 - At La Sapiniere restaurant, Elvedon CenterParcs. No formal note. Quite tight and closed initially, slowly opening out to reveal dark plum and cherry fruit, spice and earth notes with nice fresh acidity. Tannins still quite firm and tight, this needs more time but should be a decent village Gevrey given another 2-3 years. 87+
