Monday, May 27, 2013 - After about an hour, just what you would hope for from a medium-level California Cab. Opened up nicely. Only one bottle left. My wife thought it was too good a wine for a weeknight butm, hey, I'm not gettting any younger. Good stuff, not great but just what you want on a Monday night.
