Wednesday, June 19, 2013 - On Day 1 this Languedoc Roussilon blend of syrah, grenache, and carignan seemed weak. But on Day 2 it appealed to me as a fleshy wine with enough structure to give it heft. At $12 worth buying as an everyday drinker.

6/19/2013 6:10:00 PM - This wine is so much better with loads of air. I have had 2 bottles and the first bottle was okay day one and really great day 2. The second bottle was decanted 6 hours prior and was an excellent bottle with grilled food. Its tannins were so silky and the primary fruit was so luscious. Not terribly complex but the garrigue scrub brush heroines was there. I t had a very nice finish. Not to acidic, but enough to keep the mouth watering and that's all that's needed. O don't see this going farther than 4-5 years, but sometimes wines can surprise you. Grenache is very dominant right now. I am glad you liked it. For $12, this was a steal. So glad I bought six rather than just 3.
