Tuesday, April 17, 2007 - Looking at the color of the wine when i poured in the glass, the was showing a tint of brown, and the body looked a little light. But the aroma of ink and herbs were pleaseant enough. Afer half an hour, the wine developed quite well, not the strongest of body, but the sweetness and aged old oak was distinct and a hint of fruity sweetness came back in the endding, the tannin was also soft. After an hour then ending started turning a little bitter, but still good.
