Tuesday, April 17, 2007 - Tasty. Removed from the cellar and poured directly into the glass. No tannins to speak of and the nose comes and goes. I'm not complaining though. It is a nice bottle of affordable mature Cali Cabernet that is drinking nicely now. I don't see it getting much better. It went great with the wife is out of town, new house steak dinner.
