Saturday, July 13, 2013 - Day 1:
Celery, cranberry, strawberry and minerals. Not as concentrated as I remember. A bit thin on the palate and shorter finish. Not in the league of the White Rose 07 and this will not improve.

Day 2:
Improvement with blueberries, strawberries, minerals and smoke. Much more balanced and nothing like day one. For sure needs a two plus hour decant.
