Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - My first of the 2011s. Very lean and austere, with little of the waxiness or richness. A captivating nose, but the young palate is not very pleasurable at this point, with lime, acid, and a slender frame. I usually love young Huet, but this is lean and just a little mean. Quite different from the charming and other-worldly 2010s. No idea how this will develop.
