Friday, August 23, 2013 - Color: clear, trnsparent, medium ruby core, pale purple rim; Nose: Healthy, oak, eucalyptus, perhaps also mint, spice;
Taste: High acid, medium plus tannins, medium body, nice sharp, spicy taste; Paired perfectly with grilled leg of lamb, the tannins got smoother after 30 minutes while the acid remained sharp. Excellent wine!
