Thursday, September 5, 2013 - The wine was a ruby red and appeared to be a medium body cabernet. The nose started with a hint of floral perfume. Immediately following it was filled with dark fruit, oak, and vegetation (green pepper). The palate was full of licorice, cherry, oak undertones. Overall, the wine was very smooth and drinkable.
