Saturday, September 21, 2013 - Really well-done. Complex, captivating flavors of currants, blackberries, herbs. Amazingly distinctive flavors. Very cabernet-driven. Almost reminds me of an Italian countryside - terroir-driven, super long finish, and smooth, but noticeable tannins, even after a 2-hour decant. Needs a bit of time to integrate.

Just starting to show some promise, but with so much life ahead. I won't open #2 for 3 years. Probably best in 2020?
