Wednesday, July 18, 2012 - Dark ruby red with brick coloured rim. In the nose, there are minimal notes of ripeness (wet autumn leaves, forest floor) and also red and black cherries, some wild raspberry, nice melange of light and dark notes. On the palate, it's driven by acidity, but such acidity is well integrated, fairly light with red cherry notes, more edgy than silky structure. Nice, long, acidity driven finish. Really good.
