Sunday, October 20, 2013 - Still ruby core - needed some time in the glass (about 15 min) to open up but when it did it was earthy and full of plenty of ripe red fruit - almost Burgundian. Very smooth on the palate with the fruit showing well - med+ acidity, med body, tannin and alcohol. Medium finish but with excellent flavours continuing on - the red fruit and earthy notes. Well balanced - drink now and over the next 3 or so years.
