Saturday, October 26, 2013 - Tasted after a 2 hour decant. Reasonably good wine that I thought I'd like better. Blend of 62% Cab and 38% Zinfandel. Very nice structure with supple/velvety tannins. The overly strong, simpleton black currant finish is a little too "Juicy Juice"-style and leaves me wanting more complexity. I typically enjoy wines from Paraduxx and I'm certainly willing to try this wine again to see if I find it more fulfilling.
