Thursday, October 31, 2013 - Very nice overall experience. Wine evolved significantly over 3-4 hours. Nose began very currant focused followed by leather and faint berry. Initial taste was long and thin even in mid palate, pleasant but not yet unfolded and much lighter than anticipated. 2+ hours in the nose really opened up. Nose was palate was dominant cherry with richer mid palate. Matched fabulously with prime strip on cognac sauce.
