Saturday, November 2, 2013 - Still very good. Used AHSO to open; although cork was still in good shape. Merdium ruby color, amber bricking. Quite a bit of sediment in the bottle. Very smooth, some fruit still there and quite supple mouthfeel although beginning to fade. Cassis, leather, tobacco. Delicate for a cab but quite nice overall and wonderful for a 31 year old bottle.
