Saturday, November 9, 2013 - Pale lemon colour. Nose has some petrol notes, white fruits, gentle spice. The palate is medium dry, with some residual sugar, the fruit is sweeten apple with some clove spice, medium body with nice acidity to balance it off. Served with crab tart and salsa and went brilliantly, the fruit and acidity more than up to the task of rich crab tart.
