Monday, December 2, 2013 - I don't exactly agree with Xavier. This wine is not going to win any awards for layers and complexity, but there is enough Sauvignon structure from nose to palate for at least a review. I get a lot more lime flavors than typical for Suvignon. It is relatively meaty through the palate. There is a solid core of acidity that extends through the finish. Just a hint of grass. We served it chilled.
