Saturday, June 9, 2007 - Soft nose of yeast and dried fruit, with sharp tartness and a burst of bright fruit on the palate (pears, apple) with a smooth finish. The acidity was a bit overwhleming for me, but still a very well-integrated light-bodied sparkler.
