Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - My first bottle of this lot. Light pink/salmon. Fine effervescence. Nose of yeast, strawberry and citrus. Bright palate of cherry, strawberry, citrus, and minerals. Excellent length. Energetic acidity. This young NV is superb. This bottle lacks some of the depth and creaminess of previous lots of Cuvee Rubis, perhaps reflecting its youth.
