Saturday, January 18, 2014 - Purchased off the wine list at Sepia. Chalk, limestone, apple and citrus fruits with a bit of a toasty undertone. Medium bead with yeast, dried dough, apple and grapefruit flavors picking up ginger and mineral qualities in the finish. Lovely.
