Thursday, June 21, 2007 - Delicious stuff. Outstanding elegance and balance. Sweet fruit balanced by subtle tannins with flavors of mushroom, lavender, spice, tea. So elegant and still very intersting. Almost reminds me of a mixure between high end Willamette and a grand cru burgundy. One of the best pinot noirs 've had in a while. Much better than most Domaine Serene stuff, maybe not the Grace vineyard.
