Saturday, February 15, 2014 - Deep pink. Some yeasty tones and red wine smells. Moderate dosage that you feel on the entry but finishes dry and tannic. Intense dark cherry fruit with a hint of spice, quite full, persistent aftertaste. First time I've tried this cuvee and really enjoyed it. I do not know the disgorgement date, but this particular bottling would surely benefit from more time.
