Saturday, March 1, 2014 - Pink/Salmon color. Nose offers up cherries, raspberry, spice, oak.
Visually fine bead and on palate explosive mousse. Palate express red fruits in particular tart cherries with mouth filling minerality. Very low dosage. Long finish. VG for NV wine.
