Thursday, March 6, 2014 - No formal notes this time, during dinner. Lovely nose again, with notes of cedar, tobacco, earth, cassis and spices. On the palate fresh, good fruit, a little lean with a tart, not overly long finish. Drinking nicely now, and better with food, in this case beef rib with garlic and morels. 90-92
