Sunday, March 16, 2014 - Fantastic. Two and a half more years have done this wine well since my last bottle. Lots of vanilla, butter, and we'll balanced berries. A hint of green pepper as well. I think this is the perfect time to drink this. The hotness has disappeared and decanting is not necessary. A few more years and it may start to get flat and wash out. It is great right now.
